Privacy Policy

PrequalPro.com collects the information you type into the prequalification form so we can verify your email and, with your consent, share that request with lending partners.

Information we collect

The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, loan type, purpose, purchase and loan amounts, timeframe, employment, income range, self-reported credit range, monthly debt range, and whether you are self-employed. We also store the time of the request, your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, and a campaign label if the link includes utm_source.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, and we do not pull your credit report.

How we use it

We use the information to email you a verification code, mark the request verified when you enter that code, notify our team, and contact you about the request. If you check the sharing box, we may share the verified request with lending partners so they can respond.

Selling information

We do not sell your information to bulk data brokers. Sharing a verified request with a lending partner you consented to is not a sale of a marketing list.

Email verification

The 7-digit code is stored until you verify or it expires, then it is deleted from the lead record. Failed attempts are logged without the code you typed.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie to protect the form from forged submissions and to remember a campaign label. It is not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records so we can follow up and investigate abuse. Email support@prequalpro.com to ask for access or deletion. We may retain a record when we need it for fraud prevention or a legal obligation.

Security

Submit the form only on the HTTPS version of this site. Access to the database is limited to the hosting account. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
